This company called on my grandson's cell phone and he told them he didn't understand what they was talking about and that he wasn't interested. They called him a total of 4 times in 8 minutes for a 9.99 charge each time. It is not right that a company can bill your mobile phone 9.99 just for answering the phone. I have worked at a few fine dining establishments in Charleston that take out the credit card fee from my tips. I believe it should be an operating cost of the restaurant not a fine of the employee. I would not recommend this school to anyone. Unfortunately this is the only cosmetology school within Klamath Falls or Klamath County. The staff is extremely unprofessional. The school is extremely filthy. There is visible dust and cobwebs on all the ceilings. There is bullet holes in the front windows and graffiti sprayed on the outside walls. I have been a customer of KAU since 1992. They bill me for electric and water together. My average bill is about $300/mo.
