Guys, this is a Chinese-operated site in Germany. Does that suggest anything to you? And you know, when you arrive at a site that has a fake "verified secure" badge right at the top of the front page, warning bells should go off, right there and then. The site looks good, and has good deals on the face of it. However, I placed an order on 9th July and was promised delivery on 21st (awaiting stock). Nothing received or heard by 10 August so contacted them and was promised delivery would be prioritised and sent on 17 August. Emailed on 1 Sept and asked to cancel, advised that order could not be changed as already sent. This website is definitely dishonest. I bought the Monk 8 season boxed set which came out of China and season 8 was definitely copied from the ABC network as it shows right on the screen. This company is horrible. I bought two laptop chargers from them and both of them broke after a month of use. They company would only refund me about 25% of my money and they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and don't shop this website. Ordered 6 boxes of promax meal bars. On arrival 4 of the boxes were MORE THAN A YEAR past their best before date, one of them was 6 months past and the other was 1 month past. Bought Microbeam flashlight3 pack in 2007. Used two flashlights, and after they failed, switched to third. After six weeks of use, third flashlight malfunctioned. Brookstone refused to exchange.
