When they came 2 weeks later they were 2 sizes too small and the Ugg label on the back was sewn on totally wonky. I flew Qantas/LAN Chile from Santiago to New Zealand Nov. 26th. Because the Auckland airport had problems, our flight was diverted to Tahiti, and only arrived in Auckland some 30 hours late. i've taken an AMC from Whirlpool for my washing machine. DSL has not worked for over 9 months. Service techs keep replacing modems been through 10 now, replaced phone box outside, replaced line from house to pole, line in house new, all filters in house new, There phone lines run on top of poles have not been replaced or repair for over 60 years, They are old wore out from major storms over years regular phone lines. I bought a Whirlpool Gold Cooktop model GLS3665RS01 in March 2010. In October it developed a problem with all five igniters continuously sparkling. The repair guys charged me $408.50 for all ignitors replacement but the Whirlpool refused to honor the 1 year warranty stating that the cooktop was "abused".
