I received my replacement phone, transferred my contents over to the new phone, put my old phone in the supplied envelop, put the envelop in the original cardboard box, affixed the RMA label over the old label and dropped it in the outgoing mailbox in my neighborhood as instructed. This website is outside of the United States. They posted extra, hidden charges onto my credit card then gave me no opportunity to opt out of the charges. The website claims to have a phone number for customer service but there is no phone number. I emailed them immediately upon placing my order and asked them to cancel the order. Incident = I had purchased a Simmons NXG in February 2010. In August my husband was complaining that he felt like he was rolling off the bed and in September I actually looked and noticed a bulge so large (for a bed under a year old). My Mastercard came up with a charge of $96.90 for this company. I did not recognize the transaction, so I investigated further. Upon making a phone call to their Customer Service Dept. I waited for more than ten minutes, two times, with no answer, just music. I searched my home for ANY of their products and found none. In 2006 I ordered 21 windows from Chear Choice OKC. They installed them and immediately we started having problems. The windows leaked water during heavy rains. Their solution was to place small plastic blocks under the screen to allow the water to drain. Do not buy a car from MIllenium Auto Network. There prices seem better than you find elsewhere because they conceal issues with the cars. Went in for a consultation, went great. i asked dentist who i had to talk about making a payment plan and he told me the ladies at the front desk would help me. i went up front and we agreed on 200 day of surgery and 50 a month after. i signed a paper. after i left the office they called me and said that the dentist didnt agree on the payment plan. he now needed half down to start the surgery. Based partially on recommendation of Woodall's and Trailer Life, I booked (sight unseen) a premium campsite for seven months in the Quail Run RV Park located in Wesley Chapel, FL. Summary: Micro Medics Inc improperly repaired my laptop and would not fix the faulty repair. Micro Medics Inc repaired my HP TX1000 laptop, which was exhibiting motherboard issues (wireless quit working, HD would not work properly, etc) on July 22, 2010.
