I have a cell phone number that was previously owned by a Sirius/XM user. For 5 months now, i have been receiving calls from XM telemarketers. I just finished a purchase of an investment property in Las Vegas and the loan process was a complete disaster! My loan officer was great, however, once my rate was locked, I never spoke to him again and I was handed off to the processing department. I have an auto loan with wachovia and my ex fell behind on her payments. They never contacted me and are now trying to repo my car and hold me liable. I have talked with them two days in a row trying to pay and get caught up and all they keep doing is being rude and not assisting me at all. They kept making promises and made us jump through hoops to get them the information and never gave us our money back. It was $14000 in US dollars. We emailed and phoned numerous times and could never speak to an owner or manager. Also they kept sending us promotional materials and sales flyers for years afterward.
