I have been purchasing movie tickets on this website since August 2007. In 2008, one of the orders got "misplaced." I contacted them and they explained that it may been lost in the mail. Therefore, they sent me replacements. Funtopia Ripped me off by charging my visa card $ 28.50 for downloading music to my Verizon cell phone. I was not able to download the music to my cell phone, after I had the charge to my Chase visa card . The way you had contact the customer service center was by e mail only. I contacted their customer service center by e mail & told them I wanted my $28.50 refunded back to me, due to not getting the music on my cell phone after paying for it to download it. This diffuser oil is totally toxic to furniture. I accidentaly knocked over the reed diffuser and it splattered on my wood piano. Within seconds it started to "melt" the finish. I wiped as fast as I could but there are now notable visible streaks wherever the oil hit. This dealer sells good quality products. The owner is top notch when it comes to selling his products, but his words alone is worth as much as the air coming from his mouth. Whatever you purchase from this guy, "make sure he writes it all on in details on the contract".
