I have a stratolounger recliner that is about 3 years old and is in great condition. This chair was used very sparingly the past couple of years and now has been pressed into use, As I said the chair is in great condition, however a problem has arisen in bringing the chair from a reclining position to s normal seating position. It is so stiff that it is very difficult to press the leg protion of the chair down to start the positioning process. You have to slam your legs down very hard to get the mechanism to move. I feel that there must be some way to adjust this chair. I can not see any broken or missing springs so please give me some hslp read full review »

MY WIFE HAS BEEN GOING TOO THE BORGATA SPA FOR A FEW YEARS NOW.. SHE HAD GONE FOR THE LAST TIME THIS PAST WEEKEND. I had to pay $499 to Crown Honda to service my vehicle when I purchased it out of the lease. My husband is a mechanic and was not allowed to service it himself (which he would have been able to do for a 10th of the price) as they are assuming liability. That's fair enough. I bought an Ipod 4th Gen (serial number 6U838PU15B7) in October 2008. After little use it started having problems. The sound is distorted, singer`s voice does not even come out. I moved cargo from Miami to Lima, I request a quote from Orbecargo in Lima, they gave cheapest reate, but when they have cargo on hand they handle imporperty and cargo has been lost . Refrigerator less than 2 years old and compressor went out. VERY RUDE person at your telephone #. Factory repair center said part not available (did not return phone calls on status) - waited 3+ weeks and called dealer, who checked and found repair cent had part all along. I was a long time subscriber to the Morning Call. However, due to issues with the current carrier, I emailed the Circulation Dept on 3/14/10 explaining the problem, and I asked that my paper be cancelled immediately and to refund my money for 3/14, along with the rest of March, which was paid in advance. The next day, I received an email back telling me the carriers behavior is unacceptable and someone would contact me immediately. Needless to say that never happened.

Purchased a new Nissan Murano, before even leaving lot wanted to return it. Dealership would not help and was asked to leave their lot. The seat really hurts to drive it over a long period of time. The seats are built thicker/wider in the front and at an angle causing pain in legs and back. Many dealerships shread the paperwork and help the customer. Booked an appointment for 10am with Tanja -owner of Babycakes for a tasting for a wedding cake i was hoping to order from her. As she was situated in Westville i informed her on making the appointment that i was not familiar with Westville but would have to try and find her address that morning -Saturday -17th of April 2010.

Put in order over the internet total 69.70, delivery came with few things missing which totaled to 65.56 instead, the 65.56 came out of my bank, but the 69.70 was also still in pending, they said i had to wait up to 10 days for it to be relised, but my bank said by law asdas merchant bank could fax the details back to my bank, so the money would become available again, apparentley this happens on a regular basis, ! they refused to do this, even after several complaints. so i have no money till next week. i will never use asda internet banking again. read full review »

Worked for this company for a couple of days and realized it was sa dishonest, misguiding company.
In interview employer said main part of job is testing gold to buy, that it is very easy and makes good money.
In training I found out that they wanted me to harass people walking by in the mall by "dropping my flyers" in front of people to get them to pick them up for me so I could start a conversation about gold, wanting me to "grab" people as they walked by, even if they were trying to ignore me.

my husband and i were quite addiment that we didnt want to purchase a timber impression floor if it was going to lift.as we had one before which lastest 12 years the salesman mario from harvey norman flooring sth tweed heads assured us that this floor would be perfect with a 30 year warrenty and that water would not affect it and if it did he would rather replace the product than have harvey norman bad mouthed well the floor lifted after just 3 months and they wont do anything about it we dont know what to do hope you can help us Erich and Janette Acker. read full review »

Boston Pizza's Menus for pizza advertise the following sizes and prices for their pizzas; individual is 8 inches for 10$, small is 10 inches for 16.50, and up from their to 15" for the largest.
Tonight i ordered a small pizza...what came was a great looking pizza, only it looked kinda small for 10 inches across. Measuring it conservatively it was 6 inches across...not even the size of and advertised 'indivual' size pizza.

I am currently an employee at Sam's Club 4969 in Bentonville Ar. Over the last few months our General Manager Kyle Kinnard has been involved in Romantic affairs with associates (hourly and members of management -not limited to sams club 4969) . These situations were recently outed, under redbook investigation and dropped without as much as a slap on the wrist... Its one thing if they were off the clock but in the building and with his employees, thats overboard... All of this from a company that preaches ethics. But they keep it on delay and they applied only on 01-st February 2010. several times I called them hey they didnot give any good response in this matter, and they bare not taking any action till date, they give her application ID and telling us to check in the internet with passpaot status Now four months are almost finished and still in internet it shows the police report has not been received. so please give me a fine soloution on this matter. MMCinemas, which have recently aqcuired Cinemex have these "special guest cards" in 3 levels, and I am at the highest one, which is Premium.
One of their promotions is that on your birthday, you get a free pass for 2 persons for any movie on that day (which for me is April 19th) plus a free medium combo, that is med popcorn & soda plus a hot dog.

We applied for a home equity loan and were told it would take about two weeks. It is now 10 weeks and we can't get an answer. We have to keep resubmitting the same papers. They found out our home was for sale last year and will not give us an answer. They won't deny us as we have good credit and a good credit rating. They tell us it will take a day or two and two weeks later we get a reply. Then we are asked to submit papers we have already submitted. They are playing a game.
