I placed and order for the trial size offer on 1/18/09. This product never arrived. My credit card was charged for shipping. I called the company and spoke to both a customer service rep and a supervisor. The order stated my zip code and state plus my home address correctly. The company says the order was returned because there was no city on the on line order I submitted. First I do not believe that this is true and secondly the correct zip code was included therefore there is only one city with that zip code in the U.S. This company is a SCAM operation. Thease people are out just to take your money and do bad work. In the past 2 months i had to have them fix the same thing 4 times. This isnt the only thing i had brakes done $500 tor front disc brakes, new pads and turn rotors. Once I did, I sent an email in the manner provided for by the company telling them I wished to cancel the account. I noticed an unauthorized posting to my VISA account a few days ago: HPMP / ALLOPASS BRUXELLES for 31.99 euro at the current exchange rate it equates to $46.02 CAD. I initially tried this company for a couple of bucks. After registering for the service I did research and found that it was a scam. I immediately called the company and asked to be cancelled. They told me it was cancelled. Then I discovered a $99.99 charge on my debit card. I called them numerous times requesting a refund. Each time they tell me that it has been processed and that I should be receiving a refund. My first request for a refund was 1/27/2010, it is now 3/11/2010 and still no refund. There was no mention of a fee for joining the trail or having to cancel within 15 days to advoid the huge cost of £78.18 for each product, this has been put on my credit card.
