Purchased a Roots leather Milano bag which was $400.00 and approximately 3 months later the stitching started coming apart. Roots will not replace the bag and even worst it'll take 4 to 5 weeks to have it repaired. Called the technical number, someone in India answered. It was very difficult to understand them. They told me that my warranty on my printer had expired on June 19th and I was calling July 2nd. I told them that my printer was not a year old since we did not have a computer in June. We purchased our desk top on Aug 31st and the printer and computer were installed at the same time. This product made my dog act like she was on crack. I have a yorkie mix who a few hours after placing the flea treatment on started to become very paranoid of everything around her and began pacing non stop! I had ordered a motorola h-15 headset from n1-wirelesss it said in the ad the item was brand new upon opening the package it was obvious it was not motorola put plastic on the front of the unit and the ear piece has a plastic shield to protect it which this did not plus the speaker has some sort of glue on it which I had to remove and the front of it has marks where you can see it either was used or refurbished . Plus motorola send additional ear plugs for it which it only came with one. I wish I had paid the price and went to legitimate store at least I would have know it was brand new. read full review »
