I received oral surgery February 3, 2010 from American Dental Care located at 722 Market St in Philadelphia, PA and the experience was horrible. My appointment was for 3:00pm, and I rushed to get there, the procedure didn't get started until 4:15. I bought 4 Primewell Tires 7 days ago and after 5 days of driving on them one went flat. Brought tire back to Firestone, they said that I must have hit a curb, I did not hit any curbs or potholes, there were no marks on the tire. Firestone of Hamden, CT would not give me a new tire. I was called and basically threatened to make a payment or my income tax would be taken. I agreed on a $50 payment arrangement and the agent begin to tell me that I should be able to pay $900 dollars by the end of next month because I should have my income tax by then but he had the paper work and was trying to stop from taking it. This company is THE worst example of customer service. I signed up online for a free trial period of their product after reading an article. While the website says to call and cancel within 10 days so they don't charge your credit card, I did this and the rep said he had no record of my name or info (name, zip, email was provided). Hi, I went to Nakumatt and bought a Ramtons sandwich toaster which on the product cover and user manual stated that it had four types of plates. On unpacking it, it only had one type of plates and subsequent follow up with Nakumatt Holdings we were told that it comes with only one set of plates.
