Enough Harrasment This is a complaint for a Indane gas dealer called ( Nath Traders (gas agency) of Indian Oil Corp (Indane), Zamrudpur, New Delhi (near GK-I) New Delhi, Delhi 110048, INDIA) . This agency actually takes out and steals gas from the cylinders and deliver gas cylinders which weigh less. Purchased Nirvana Laminate flooring from Lumber Liquidators in Pittsburgh PA. Once purchased was told all sales were final - no returns. Prior to instaLlation my contractor and myself realized just how inferior this product was. The floor crumbled in my hands with little pressure- but I was stuck - I couldnt return the product! ASC and Wells Fargo are simply thieves I just reviewed my loan mod documents and noticed they jacked up my loan amount by $5000.00 form Feb 11 2010 to Feb 15 2010. These guys are crooked we should remember that one of their top executives was living and Malibu California beach house that Wells Fargo has foreclosed on and was suppose to sell to give the owners their money she had purposely delayed the sale and was throwing parties. Mark Besnos, the "project manager, " at first appears to be an honest contractor. However, when the contract is signed (or cancelled) he turns into a character who at the best, acts unprofessional, and at the worst, plays dirty. His contracts allow for a three-business-day period for cancellation, so please consider the situation thoroughly before that period is up; luckily, in this case, we got out. I await the refund of my deposit. After paying my Cabelas Visa on time and multiple times a month for 15 years, including my unemployment, they rewarded me with a 4%+ interest increase. I reccomend you pay off, trasnsfer to another card, and stop buying from Cabelas. Bass Pro Shops, Bank of America card is not nearly as high. I never expected to be raped and robbed by Cabelas.
