The company has a name of Funmobile, MobileFu or CSW. Its name varies, but service is same: robbing money from customers (actually not its customers but customers of T-mobile, AT&T etc). I have seen a lot of complaints out there. The company usually sends out messages to your phone telling you to register its service with pin code and some reminders. This company claims you can cancel membership anytime by going online. As I soon found out this was not the truth and they began charging my credit card monthly fees. After seeing the charges on my statement I called to confirm the cancelation of my membership and was told to send a letter to a PO Box to get a refund. They never responded to my request and when I made repeted calls they keep telling me all I can do is to sent another letter to the PO Box. I believe it is time for the BBB to become involved. Went in to inquire about 6" Car Siding, they had it in their computer for 0.33 per foot. (3.30 per 10' board) The Contractor Desk person never mentioned that it was a sale price. We used the atm to withdraw $500 from one chase account and deposited the cash in the checking account. The receipt we received did not have an amount printed my husband concerned called the bank, the bank rep said they would deposit the amount into the account and do research in the matter. I bought a Magic Jack which I never used from their infomercial and it quoted a 12..oo dollar charge and for 19.00 more you could extend it fo an extra year. LG front-loading washers are very attractive and they work very well when they aren't broken. However, once you get a code that indicates your machine requires service, your nightmare begins. I have paid $165 to KSA Doctor to write KSA for me. They charged to my credit card but never give me a copy of my KSA neither submit the job. Which mean I pay them for not having a service and received the product that I have purchased.
