This is a very poor quality floor that cannot handle changes in temperature. Even with 25% plus humidity in my condo (which is recomended by this manfuacurer) these floors separate. Carey Lowe misrepresented to us in Oct. 2009 that we could rent out discounted Premier Pueblo Bonito Timeshares to others. I ordered this product and yes that is correct you only have 14 days from the day you order it. Then after 13 days you'll see a pending charge of $54.95 which is the low price. If you don't want the product you have to go out of your way to send it back. You also have to call customer care and get a RMA or else they say they won't accept it.
