I was targeted by Bonnie Kling an administrator and subsequently fired for no reason. She was on a mission to get me fired and I have no idea why. Saw an unauthorized charge of USD 89.00 in my credit card statement, listed as "Cpipay.com/Ugrants" followed by the tel number to contact. I order a Jabra BT5020 (Blue tooth headset), received it with in 5 days (fast shipping) when I read the instructions it said to fully charge the head set before using. I pulled out the charger that was shipped with the headset only to find that it doesn't even fit the headset. I've emailed once and called 15 times with no reply for a week now. There were 3 members of staff in this shop, which was way more than enough considering it's on an industrial estate and dead. All 3 were more bothered about making sure they closed on time (even locking the door 10 mins before closing) to even ask if we needed any help, they were rude and not at all interested in doing their job! All 3 of them were huddled around in a group gossiping about a lady in the town we live in, who happened to be someone we knew this made us feel embarrassed so we left. I ordered the trial product on 1/25/10 and on 1/28/10 i called to cancel the membership which stated i had 14 days to do. i was told they had no record or order for me after she just repeated my address and so on;. i told her then to cancel my order. she again stated that she had no order . I purchased a Fortec Star satellite receiver in December after the sales pitch claimed that you simply plug in a hard drive via the USB in the front panel and you can pause and record live TV. Received a Christmas Tree that was nothing like the photo and did not measure out to the 7.5 height Full 60" width 1, 000 lights that it said I would be getting. When I pulled out branches as far out as I could one branch and only one branch reached to 55 1/2" width advertised. I asked for a security quote from Broadview. The salesman never told me that they were owned by ADT and also never told me that they owned my security system even after it was installed in my home. He also tried to charge me extra to purchase a warranty on THEIR security system. Very disappointed with their lack of honesty and the deceptive sales practices. This was the worst place I have ever worked. Driving to work everyday I would get a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach. The work environment was aweful, and the abuse this company heaped on its employees is criminal. I left after a brief period of time, and am very sorry to hear that everyone else seems to have had a similar expereince- i.e. they will not pay you the money they owe you. I had to sue them through the labor board to recover my money. I ofcourse won and he lost. But that company is so bad that it was absolutely not worth the expereince. Hi Would like to advise all that the tactics that the Total White site use to extract money also applies to the Teeth Whitening sites. The process is exactly the same. This is a total rip off. I saw that they took my money in Dec 09 and canx them. In Jan 10 they charged me again. I called and they said 7-10 days to get a refund that never came. I call Feb 11, 2010 and they told me they never charged me and my bank statement is wrong. What a joke. (bank wrong??)
