I have had a charge for the 139.00 on my debit card that was not authorized then when I called and complained they refunded only 125.37 and the very next day same company but by the name TLG*ShoppersAdv 4803 charged my debit card the whole amount of 139.99. They promote their product with a guarantee that you will see results or they will refund you the purchase price. However, in the terms and conditions they will only refund the product if it is unopened. How is that a guarantee? They will also make you pay shipping and stocking fee for returns. Viceroy still has not commited to replacing their defective shingles. For months I waited for their in house investigator who agreed the product had aged prematurely. Then they made me wait more onths for their independent consultant who also stated that their IKO shingles had wwarped prematurely.
