Valve's Steam is very poor. Playing games have many bugs and problems. The problem is that there is literally no way to get in touch with them once there is a problem. There are NO WAY to resolve billing or technical issues. There are many people upset about this issue. Simply google "Steam Support" and you see many post by many many people. There is no phone number or AOL. There is simply a form to fill out. I have filled out 4 questions, both techical and billing and I have not heard back from them. This child care center / preschool closed due to "weather-related" reasons on February 1st after a snow storm 2 days before. Relax Inn is the worst place to stay at. Their service is the worst, their sheets are even dirty. They have phones in the rooms which don't even work, so why have them in there. I had an emergency that was related to my daughter and i really needed to use the phone, but the phone in my room didn't work.
