This past weekend, my family and another family rented a vacation property from Pocono Resort Realty (PRR). It was unsafe, unsanitary and had shoddy construction. Cyberlink's software updates can't keep up with newer blu-ray discs. There is no way to contact their customer support even by because the software was bundled and pre-installed by Dell. Dell doesn't know how to fix it. So I have a $3, 000 computer that can play a blu-ray movie and can't get any support. I am very angry and unhappy that this company have take over the way after school and before care programs are run, in addition of being forced to go with this company from 2009 as my childrens school McKinnon Primary now use their admin service rather than their own as it was previously. Twice now I called in my payment to Cabelas as to avoid a late fee. Previously I called from my sons in another state as my Grandson had a serious medical problem we rushed to. The compressors by Rigid are poor quality and the Home Depot has no means to service any problem. I went through 4 gas powered compressors in one year. 2 were under replacement and the other two were repaired at my own cost. Rigid portable twin tank models are complete junk. 6 units failed in a 18 month period. I called Wachovia in November to issue a stop payment on a check I wrote. The lady said it would be taken care of if the company hadn't already cashed it. 4 DAYS LATER, the check was cashed. I thought I was purchasing a good computer from a reputable company. I liked the larger screen and the keypad on the keyboard. Problem is/was, that Windows Vista 64 is not a very good .. check that .. is in fact a VERY BAD operating system.
