I have called the phone number however apparently they do not man their phones over the weekend. We saw the complaint on the board but decided to try out the office anyways. Its really close to our place. We didn't have any problems with overcharging. Infact, after the doctor examined us someone came in gave us a breakdown of the fillings that needed to be done. Everyone in the office is really helpful. Inside there was an ad that had been on first glance "torn out" of a magazine, but upon closer inspection, it was cut, (probably by machine?)not torn. At the top, was a falsely handwritten message addressing me by my first name saying "Call Fast, it works! I only paid shipping!". I purchased this twin size Sunbeam electric blanket because the heat helps the pain of my fibromyalgia, a muscular pain syndrome. After just a few nights, it stopped heating, and the controls just continued to blink. Couldn't turn it on or off.
