We purchased the Kenmore Elite Refrigerator model#795-77573600/ serial#702KR00697 approx. one and a half years ago. Fort Irwin's final inspection is a scam. They have 21 days to detect anything wrong when clearing, therefore everyone will pass their final inspection and have everyone believe that they owe nothing. The very next business day, someone else will come in and find something wrong. We purchased and entire kitchen suite of appliances from LG Electronics and within two months had an issue with the icemaker. For the next 7 months the icemaker was change 4 times, the computer was changed, the control valve was changed along with the harness. Sub Zero has gives exclusive contracts for warranty repair. Our Sub Zero refrigerator required service, parts were covered under warranty, but labor was not covered. We were charged $698 labor for two hours and six minutes labor. This works out to $335 per hour.
