This is one of the worst banks I have ever dealt with. I have accounts linked to my accounts at usaa. I went to make a normal transfer and they froze my accounts. I have no access to my acounts and this is the account that has all of my direct deposits going in. I've called numerous times and the only answer they give me is until further notice my accounts are frozen. This is so ridiculous. I spoke with a customer service respresentative, Misty, who informed me that Shopbop received my return but I was deducted $30.00 because the box was damage and had the return label affixed to it. We paid in advance for a kids bunk bed. We have been lied to. They still haven't delivered the bed. I am posting because of a problem with our GE Adora dryer. We purchased our washer/dryer in January 2006. In the first year our dryer destroyed a hand crafted afghan made by someone close to us. The problem was that it was getting caught in the light directly above the door of the dryer. It has shredded and put grease marks on the priceless afghan. I have been getting letters from these people asking me to pay a school loan saying they reffered by the US Dept. of Edu. I have sent them proof, through my attorney, that my school loan has been paid in full. My attorney also requested that they send further documentation and was ignored. I too contracted Van Kirk to build my pool back in 2004. They broke ground on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and my yard was a debacle for that holiday weekend and for 6 more months to come.
