I have several complaints. The first is that a Blizzard employee hijacked the account of one of our guild members. We know this because most of the members of our guild are computer professionals, several have Master's Degrees in Computers Sciences. On March 25, 2009, I responded to a K-mart advertisement for all gold jewelry at 70% off plus 10% more off on all regular prices. When I selected two earrings at list prices of $199.99 and $2609.99, the clerk rang the purchase and the price was more than I anticipated. The cash register took 70% off the regular price and then 10% more on the new price at 70% off but not off the original total. I ordered Coffee and the online package from Seattle Coffee Co. and I imeadiatly check my Bank account as after I did this I had a funny feeling in my stomach and sure enough instead of a $ 5.00 transaction there was a $25.00 one so I called the Bank and they had to cancell my Debt card and issue me a new one. Paid for voice lessons. Teachers warned me she wasn't getting paid and resigned. I no longer used their services and was charged twice on my charge card for a total of 12 lessons. $696 total. Donna would sometimes return my calls and always politely give an excuse. I reported them to the BBB. I put a hold and a claim in with my credit card company. I purchased an Lg Scoop phone about 5 months ago. This has been the biggest piece of crap I have ever bought as a phone. From day one it did not work properly. When I saw the charge today on my bank account I tried to have the bank reverse charges. They told me I have to contact the company and have them issue a credit. I recently found out that I have been incurring approximatley $20 worth of charges from two other companies: 1)Comprehensive Weight Loss Package 2) Insider Secret Tips. Do not buy this contract!!! It is not carried out. We paid $399 for a service contract. When we called for the last service, we were told, we called too early. They can not make appt before 10 days in advance. I called later...they told me the contract expired. No appt. They will NOT service your contract, do not bother to buy one!!! I signed up for a website with a onetime fee of $1.99 to access grant information. The next thing I knew I was getting charged 29.99 a month for ID LOCK ON identity theft. I think there must have been some id theft involved.
