Vadafone Account 200 free minute option. Calls are free on public holidays and after 7pm, provided you have sufficient minutes left on your account, this I had. However, I was billed $37.41 and two lots of $0.88 on January 1, 2009, calls that should have been free. It means that Vodafone will debit my bank account for this amount on Feb 5 . I received my Voyager Telescope as a price from my company. When I went to assemble it, I noticed the machining was haphazard and some of the existing screwes were cross threaded. When I finished assembling the scope, I found the rack and pinion was defective, so the telescope would not focus. Americatel unilaterally change my international long distance rates without notice or warning from 6 cent a minutes to 72 cents per minute. When I called their automated system acknowledge a billing error, but after a couple of months when I called again they say that service was cancelled. This is highway robbery, and their customer service is no better. When pressed they claim service was cancelled on Aug 6, but I did get billed up to the end of Sept with my old rates. This company will take your money and not follow through with providing the loan modification services that you paid for. I signed up with them in May 2008, after numerous numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact them regarding the status of my situation, in October 2008 I requested my money back.
