My family and I went to the Ponderosa Steakhouse in Wintersville, OH on Sunday, November 1, 2008. It was fairly busy, we ordered the buffet. Our waitress was great, our glasses were never empty and we never had more than 2 dirty plates on our table at a time (there were 4 of us). When my item arrived, the bag was not only faulty, but in very poor condition and FAKE! I have been telling the Customer Service Rep that the Diesel at that location exceeds the local economy prices for the past week. I stopped last week on or about the 28th of Oct to get fuel it was 3.39 a gallon for Diesel. I looked on the internet and found diesel on Verrans Parkway at a Chevron for 2.79 a gallon, on Buena Vesta for 3.11 and another for 3.20 in which all prices are below the Shoppette's Dixie Rd price of 3.39. Today is the 4th of Nov and still the cost is at 3.39 a gallon. Why are the AAFES prices on Diesel more expensive than that of the local community? I downloaded Acentive Performance found it caused problems with Internet Explorer . On removal it left some files which now interfers with startup and continues to create problems at Internet Explorer . They keep calling our phone 2-3 times a week. We have asked them to quit calling and for our number to be taken off of their list, they have told me on 2 occasions that they would do this. Every other time the person on the phone just hangs up on us. It is getting very annoying and we do not wish to get an attorny involved but we will do what is nessesary to resolve this.
