I signed up for a 3-day trial of their background services. I called to cancel my service the next day. The service rep didn't completely cancel my subscribtion and I was charged for a month of service. When I called to find out why, they tried to put me off, when I pushed to have the matter resolved, the representative blamed me for the extra charges. I enrolled at the university of phoenix's axia college. I was told that FAFSA would pay for most of the bills for my school and that I wouldn't have any lab fees. Then I checked out a bill for 2000k+ for just the two classes I was taking. I was misinformed and mislead to to believe that I would pay just 2800 (quoted price) for the whole year of schooling and that it was a great learning experience. Then I started my first day. I purchased product online and was sent email with download site information. Neither websites were active and downloads did not take place. I did call the telephone number given out on their website and contacted customer service. They agreed to cancel my online purchased and refund my purchase. I can only hope that they follow through with their promise. Also I'll be keeping track of the billing to that credit card for possible scams. The wildflower Village promotes bed and breakfast accomodations stating a low price, breakfast included with champagne.
