I got the magazine in the mail I looked through it. I started checking out some of the businesses. Most of them are scams. I found www.ResidualCashCow.net I looked it over. I clicked on the pay part and noticed that the refund was only given if you wrote to the address provided. It was in Corbin Ky on Buckhead Loop. There is no road in Corbin named that I tried map quest and yahoo maps. I am from Corbin KY born and raised there my family still lives there. I email the guy and he sent me a email back that he was going to try another company that was better. He did not say it was a scam but did give me another website for a business to checkout. read full review »

I wanted to make folks aware of an issue that I'm having with Union Adjustment. Union Adjustment is a so called 'zombie debt collection firm'. They buy up obligations from firms that have written them off, often many years prior, and attempt to collect on them. I had an issue with a car loan 14 years ago, and they have recently decided to bring it 'back to life'.

Our dogs have stayed at Canine Companions on two different occasions. Never again, though. The first time we left them there we had no major complaints, but were a little concerned they were understaffed with all the dogs they kennel. We were staying in a hotel in town while we moved so we were able to go check on the dogs from time to time – and this may have kept the CC staff on there toes a little in caring for our dogs. I went to a US search website to locate someone that my 79 yr old grandma was worried about, not hearing from them for awhile, upon getting to the website, if you did not want awful months subscription, there were options for one time uses. One of them being to sign up for a sample kit of this skin renewal system, It was the best choice out of 3, plus they said 80.00 worth of product for $6.95. Hello, I'm reporting this particular company for a couple of reasons, this company sells automotive engines imported from Japan. Number one they claim on their web site that if a person buys an engine they may have a refund but a penalty is taken, I tried to receive such a refund but was denied. Two they claim that they perform test on the the items they sell, after putting lots of time and work into my car I find out the engine they sold me was bad and needed to be rebuilt, because tests they claim they performed were performed by my... read full review »

The poor excuses for realtors/property managers at Remax/Team Athey in Richardson (and Rowlett) Texas define how pitiful service, negligence, and dishonesty go together to prevent returning a security deposit to a tenant. Mother and daughter Suzanne and Sarah Athey are completely non-existant when it comes to resolving problems (no matter how severe) with the property, and you can expect that the first time you actually see them is when you have to sue to get your security deposit back. I ordered a fan for $570.37 on 8/13/2008 never received it but they charged my account immediately. On September 13, 2008 a month later with no fan and many excuses and lies that it would be coming, I canceled the order and got a cancellation number of 960572. It is now October 13, 2008, and no refund.
This is a real scam operation.

As i have recently started doing my lottery online i assumed that this was for real.
I have now been sent another email asking me for money which worries me as this does not fee right.

Please read the letter attached below which I have received from Mr. Maxwell Kings dated 30th Sept.' 08. Also they have sent me an appointment letter offering me a package of 16, 500 pounds p.m. There was no interview rounds conducted nor did I apply to this company ever. However, after asking them they said that they have screened my CV through hiretimesjobs.com. I have been hit with the WC Value-V debit of $16.95 to my checking account. I believe this is the first time it occurred as this account was sitting idle and I closed another account at the same bank and then this showed up on the new account. the phone number 800-475-1942 only says membership services is closed at this time, called late in the evening. Now I must close my account and turn this in to the fraud division of my bank. Anyone else that this has happened to needs to do the same. read full review »

I had numerous charges of my bank account from this 3rd party billing company. I contacted them phone 1-310-664-5810. My bank account number was stolen. Cancel your bank card (they will ask you for the card number) and track back the transactions from the begining they can only reinburse you up to 4 months within 5 business days after filing a police report and contacting your bank have the police call 1-310-664-6810 and you will receive the rest of the money stolen from you I got the persons supposed name of who ripped me off their email... read full review »

DMay 5, 2008 I ordered a DS9 box set from boxsets4less. I recieved the set on May 28, 2008. Disks 35-48were bad and sent back to them by registered mail to Massachuttes where they were shipped from.
Since then I've sent two e-mails to them and only recieved the standard canned response by e-mail.
This company doesn't back up their claims of a guarantee that they post on their site. D o not buy from these less than honest people. read full review »

Mr Sandless Franchise (MSF) is the subject of a legal action filed in federal Court in the District of New Jersey. The law suit alleges that MSF entered into a franchise agreement with me and my partner, accepted my funds and shortly thereafter refused to acknowlege the contract and entered into a new contract with my partner using my funds. I have two citibank cards (mastercard and a mercury drug card) that i want to be cancelled. I am out of the country (Phils) now and it's hard for me to call. Safeway's Customer service is terrible, it use to be good, not now!! I use 7th Generation Laundry Soap because of alergy's. It is the only Soap I can use. I talked to the Assistant Store manager at Safeway in East Bremerton and he told me that it was replaced with "Planet" a safeway product and he can't do anything about it. I ordered a trial bottle of acaiberry, and unknown to me I was signed up for further shipments at an exorbitant price. There may have been a signup, but it certainly is not apparent, and it looks like for a good reason as this company has a history of this kind of scam. purchased a motorhome with 150 miles on it coverage through altmans, plus existing manufacture warranty and bought an extended warranty. After four attempts for them to fix the toilet leak they stated they could not verify the leak even though the service adviser verified water behind the toilet every time. The manager said they would give me a toilet if i installed it or they would install one for $100. The $100 was my deductible on the extended warranty. I bought an AT&T Prepaid phone card at Walmart, that said 1, 000 minutes in large numbers for $40.00 and discovered, as I used it that I did not actually have 1, 000 minutes. On back of the card, in small print, it gives the actual rates for instate calls, which was, for Florida, 5 minutes for every minute used. Some other states varied from actual time to 8 minutes per one minute call. As far as I am concerned that is fraudulent.
