I ordered Acaipure off of the internet for a offer made supposedly by Oprah Winfrey. I ordered a 30 day trial size of Acaipure for a discounted delivery price of $1.95 and my credit card was charged an unauthorized amount of $41.95. I have not received the product and I have called and called the 1-888-692-8352 number to speak withone about this unauthorized charge for $41.85 and CANNOT get through. We received a call from this company, and it had all the earmarks of a scam. We were going to get $300 of gas for no apparent reason, and all I had to do was pay a handling charge, using any credit card after I received the gas card. I pressed him about sending a check instead, and he said that was fine as he continued to talk about credit and gift cards as payment for the handling. This was too good to be true, and I hung up. This is also the first time I've entered a complaint like this. I was stunned to learn that Porsche would not warranty the clutch on my 2007 Cayman S with less than 20, 000 miles. They say it is a wear out item like wiper blades and I should bend over to the tune of $3500. I have owned 2 Pontiac GTO, 3 different VW, Chevy Monza, Triumph TR6, Ford Tempo, Masda B2200, Mazda MX6 and Mazda Miata with stick shift and no clutch problems. Only a $64, 000 Porsche. I orderd a free trial to pay S&h of $4.95 they charged me $41.95 for other products that it said nothing about-a hoodiburst gum and hoodiawater . There was nothing in the add about these items.I have tried numerous times to call the 888 # and get nothing or if I talk with some one they are very rude. On 10/1/2008 I was charged by One Great Family for something I never signed up for. They are made of PVC, have holograms, but at the moment these DO NOT SCAN although I hope to provide that soon. I have received 2 bottles of these berry vitamins. I do not recall seeing where I was obligated to continue at 74.26 a month taken out of my credit card. I ordered the sample bottle of pure acai berries and authorized that charge of $1.99 US to my Amex. $5.99 US was charged on September 12th and I received the bottle at the end of September.
