I ordered the trial sample, tried it for 5 days, and then 3 days later I recieved a bottle of it again. No other info was included in the package. I never ordered it, and have no way of cancelling it or of returning the unwanted supply. The original charge was for 4.87, and the second charge to my card is for 76.42. My family & I have stayed at the Polynesian Resort WDW on 3 consecutive years including 2008. We have stayed at this resort on 7 occasions. Since Disney has introduced a meal plan dealwhereby guests save money on meals during their stay, the Polynesian Resort has become crowded! These people are ripoff artisits. They call from another listing on your property anc claim to have sold it. They need a retainer for the SALE and they fax you a "Modified contract" which doesn't even list the correct address (Whitehall PA) and when you get the Paperwork to mail back, it is just a listing and you can't get your money back because they waited until after the 10 day return peroid before they sent the paperwork. THIS IS FRAUD!!! Hang up on them. I know that you like me, really want to sell your timeshare but THESE PEOPLE are a BIG rip off. I purchased a Louis Vuitton handbag for Mohega, when the handbag arrived I took it to the LV store and was told that the bag was a fake. I came home and called Mohega and was told the in France the handbag was authentic. I told them that we weren't in France and wanted to return the handbag due to false advertising. Please do not trust their suit alterations. I picked mine up and after trying it on in the store found that the jacket wasn't altered. The staff member was nice enough and wanted to accommodate the problem, but I'm leaving the city so I cannot wait days more for them to fix this, despite being charged for it. Perhaps I should have known that there would be mess ups with the condition that they keep the store and their under staffing. After closing my account with Proactive, I received products from Vita Clear which I did not order but were charged to my account. In no way did I indicate I was interested in receiving these products. Upon calling Proactive (there was not a phone number included in the Vita Clear products), a supervisor indicated she would file a complaint. I just received what looks like pirated copies of "The love Boat collection". There are 19 dvds that look like they were straight off the television. I have been dealing with HP for several weeks now. My camera that was only 3 months old was not working correctly. The man at the service station told me to mail it them and they would have it back to me or a replacement one within 7-10 days. Well 25 days later I began researching and calling HP. I had my historic home painted in Jan. of 06 by Procraft Midatlantic. It cost me $17, 850.00. The job was warranted for 25 years against cracking, fading, chipping or mildewing. Less than 2 years later, I have chips, cracks, rusty nailheads and some of the caulk had fallen out. I have been calling the company (now Liquid Siding of Maryland, LLC) since March of 08 trying to get someone out here to fix the problems. All I get is promises of return calls, but they never come.
