I saw an add for this green tea on Facebook and placed an order for a $4.95 sample. I was called to see if I wanted to extend to a monthly service, which I declined. I just checked my credit card statement and found 3 charges in one month for $69.87. I phoned American Express who is responding directly to the company and refusing the charges though they can't guarantee that additional charges may be put through. This company is a complete fraud. This company is connected in some way, with the Grant Search or Grant Research coorporations. They have been repeatedly charging me amunts from $9.95 to $49.50 a month. One of the companies I called, said that it was a monthly fee that was incurred because I did not notify them to cancel after the 7 or 10 day trial. HELLO! I never read anything that said this was a trial fee and that I would be charged additionally afterwards. Although I have cancelled all future charges and closed the account, I think I still lost a substantial amount of money. I purchased a Kenmore Elite Oasis washer and dryer in July 2007. My washer was beeping the other day and it would not work. Sears sends a repair guy who spent 2 hours installing a sensor and another part. THen he spent 1/2 hour in his truck in my driveway (all the while I am missing hours at work). He then told me it was the motor that needed replaced and my total bill at this point is $621. My washer is only 14 months old! This is ridiculous! I was visiting Dr Vimi Bajaj regularly for my prenatal care and follow-up and ever so more regularly during my last 8 weeks of pregnancy. Sometimes you have money and simply want to put them in bank and earn some percentage. Why would you place them in traditional bank and earn very low APR and APY when online banks have much better offers. Touchstonecatalog.com was the online company. We ordered two pet condos in espresso finish. Each took about an hour to assemble. When we got to the last piece of the product to assemble, which is the table top that is visible to all, both pieces had damaged corners. The second condo did not assemble well, and the door does not close properly. Our call to customer service was not handled well. I have a set of stack-able Quiet Glide Craftsman Toolboxes. I had them for about a year and really only put them through light use. They sit in my utility room and store all my tools. Cresent Bank & Trust repossessed my car over one payment. When I called to get info to pay, the agent told me I owed $1, 028! My car payment is only $288.00 late fee included. These guys are all over Florida. My roof leaked in places it hadn't leaked before they worked on it. After a couple years of problems they said the warranty expired. Mind you they job was never done right and though they did come back a couple times it was only after repeated phone calls. My new roofer had to tear out all their work and start again.
