Purchased 7/12/08 floor model refrigerator Samsung RS267. When it was plugged in, everything seemed to work, digital readouts on front seemed to go down to the set temperature of 46 degrees. Put some food in, including some soda. The next morning, some of the soda cans had exploded due to freezing. Called Samsung, was told to unplug it, leave it for ten minutes, and plug it back in. I thought I was buying download for nero 8.2 trial and purchased 3 yrs service was given a user name and password but no serial number. a complete fraud. My so-called "authentic" $289 Louis Vuitton handbag had a break in the shoulder strap so I sent it back to repair (there is a 12 mo. warranty). A month later they sent it back to me without fixing it. Their Customer Service said I was responsible for shipping (even though it was under warranty). I then paid to have it sent back to them. I was looking for a roommate and authorized 5.95 in charges. Then I looked at my credit card statement and found a charge of 29.95. I emailed them immediately and asked them to reverse the charge. However, they refused to and said that I had authorized it. I told them I was going to contact my credit card company if they didn't reverse the charge, which is what I am in the process of doing. I checked my credit report and a charge for $32.00 that I have never received any kind of notice for was on the report. I sent a check to the address shown on the credit report and received a letter back stating they did not have any info about this charge.
