Booked a hotel to visit the wild animal park thought that my girlfriend and I could go out and have a good time. Except that the room we were given had a broken AC and the room was easily 80 degrees. We have made requests on the phone, via e-mail and via letter to place us on their do-not-call list; we have filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau.
