I am so tired of spending my hard earned money on computer hardware and devices, which require bundled software to operate. This company is so slimy it's unbelievable. They have been harassing our company for two years with their telemarketing calls. We have made requests on the phone, via e-mail and via letter to place us on their do-not-call list; we have filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau. I have an unauthorized charge of $39.99 on my credit card. I joined for one year. After joining, the web site would never let me play chess. The web site worked great until I joined. I never gave permission for my credit card to be left on the site nor for any more charges to be put on my card. The credit card has an expired date on it but the company Intrust allowed the charge.
