I have just wasted time by frustrating myself repeatedly, trying to join Planet Fitness online. I filled out the form correctly and completely. After doing that, I received the automated message that my credit card appeared to be invalid. Maybe I entered the numbers or expiration date incorrectly? No, it was exactly as it should be. I tried again...and again. There is no way of accessing a live human being (of course). The next automated message commanded me to go to the club and "clear up the matter". Sheesh! I don't think so. I was bill for 10 dollars for no reason. Called their help desk, guess where, India, and recieved nothing but double talk and BS. I asked for a contact in the USA and was told there wasn't one. Last August I bought a Sears Kenmore that worked for less than 2 weeks. I wasn't worried, I had purchased a 3 year warranty. Beside this was Sears they would stand by their product. Then followed 8 appointments in which Sears did everything to not replace the unit. They replaced it's condesors and piping, it 's electrical switching. I hired Riser Adkisson LLP to protect me from a lawsuit and to help my family live on my income from my rental properties. They say I have to write them to cancel my account, something they neglected to mention for two years! I have been in toch with them for a year, expressing my displeasure with their service(or lack there-of). These phone conversations were not enough for them, apparently. So now I wasted $600 for year one, and they charge my card for year two also. I Placed an order with this company on-line. It took several attempts to connect to their server. I tried placing the order via phone, and gave up after 20 minutes on hold. This company has not paid any of my invoices for over 1 year and owe me thousands of dollars for services rendered and are not making ANY attempt to try to pay anything at all. I am now having to file a lawsuite against them. They have vacated their offices and I had to track one of the partners, Aram Guluzian, down at his home.
