This TV died within the first 3 or so months, no pic but has sound. We are now immersed in what appears to be a series of unending CS reps. in the special adv'd dept., ECR. I was taking my dog to PetsMart PetHotel in East Hanover, NJ and my dog was vaccinated with Bortadella four months prior. During one of their many kennel cough outbreaks, with the vaccination four months prior, he got kennel cough. Bought the Yardworks Cordless Electric Lawnmower at end of season last year, used it twice this year (could barely cut the grass and would not hold a charge, and now it won't do anything though the light indicator on the side of the mower says that it's fully charged. A side salad had an extra topping in it. Surprise, a fly! The phone number for the actual restaurant was also surprise, unlisted! I called and made a complaint to the corporate office, the call center agent was very nice. I explained finding the fly caused me to vomit, etc... We were phoned and offered printer cartridges that would last 8 to 9 months. I disputed this fact but they gauranteed that they would replace if a cartridge did not last this long. I installed a cartridge from them on 12/07/2008 and had to replace it on 26/07/2008 - lasting only 2 weeks. All the telephone numbers listed stay ingaged. I sent a fax which was responded to because they thought I wanted to buy more cartridges. My cellphone stopped working. I called T-mobile customer care and they transferred me to insurance section where a lady walked me over through reset options and when it did not work she asked me to file claim which I denied. Later i called them back they said already there were 2 claims opened and they asked me to file affidavit which i did through T-mobile dealer. This has been the worst experience of my life. It is a nightmare. We were promised so much when we signed the lease. Now that we are stuck in a 13 month lease, we have noticed thin walls, unattended children, drug sales in the parking lot, unprofessional management and staff, nasty upkeep of grounds and the management is dishonest. I have never lived under these conditions in my life. I am depressed because my husband and I still have 10 more months to go under the 13 month lease.
