I booked a holiday to Corsica with Airlinair from Bezier in South West France to Bastia in Corsica on the 28th June and returning on the 5th July 2008. The airline turned up one hour late from Bezier but we got off the ground and made it to Bastia an hour late. On the return, the flight was scheduled to take off at 1.30 p.m. but there was no sign of the plane and no information was given to any of the customers waiting at the Departure lounge for 3 hours. I purchased furniture on line after being told that I could not get the furniture in the actual Ashley store. The furniture came damaged. I gave them time to repair the furniture and they told me that they could not repair the furniture. I had the pieces of furniture they picked up 2 pieces. The windshield wipers are stuck in the off position. Using tem one day and turned them off, then stuck that way. Annoying! 500.00 to fix it! The passenger side window motor went out, 800.00 to fix that. The sliding door where the child car seat is( built in seat) not working properly. Driving down the road and all the doors were locked, it decides to open on its own! 3 Year old son was screaming " Mommy my door open!" My wife and I own a 2003 E500 with lots of problems. We have an extended warranty so we drop our car off to have repairs done. With an extended warranty we were expecting to pay the deductible of $150.00. We told the service adviser not to do any work unless covered by the warranty. When I originally ordered the stair lift from Acorn to be installed in my father's house, I was told that it would take 4-6 weeks to be manufactured and installed. It took them 14 weeks to delivered and installed the unit. Meanwhile, they had required a 50% deposit of $6, 000 dollars upon ordering. I made a reservation over the phone with the 1-800 number provided off the entertainment website for a hotel room. First off when I called who I thought was entertainment turned out they are affiliated with expedia and when we arrived at our destination we were told that there was a $12.00 charge through expedia for booking though them. I stayed in this hotel in July 2008 and I am just writing to advise other people not to do the same. It is dirty and outdated, some of the furniture is torn and chipped and the cleanliness in the rooms leaves a lot to be desired. When I complained, I was offered a free cup of coffee in their shabby bar and the staff were more interested in tuning in the TV. I loved Brighton but this hotel lets the place down badly and I would urge people to only use it as a last resort. I Love Pizza Hut Pizza but I am fed up with the service you recieve at the one in Dunnellon, Florida, They never have enough people working daytime or nighttime. You wait to be seated, you wait to get a server, the place is always so cold you have to bring a coat to eat. The tables are always dirty that is why you have to wait to sit. I had a CD player installed in my boat. Well the installer hooked it up wrong and when I tried to go out to the lake the next day, My boat would'nt start. The wiring was wrong and made my amp have power all night and therefore drained my battery so bad a cell went bad in a five month old battery. I called the installer he advised me to cut two wires on the harness until i could bring it back. All Management wanted to do was hook it up right which would be a 1.97 toggle switch. Our charge card has been charged $22.95 per month for 3 years before this scam was caught. This company tries to confuse you when calling in to complain. Once you are able to talk with someone they state since it has been so long they cannont reimburse you for the charges per your authorization. 1st - We never authorized our charge card to be debited each month for $22.95. 2nd - we found they were debiting our credit card for more than one $22.95 payment each month. This condominium community has 68 home-owned units. The developer is moving us into the direction of becoming an apartment community and is marketing us on the Internet as an apartment community, even though the property management/sales office say they are not. I purchased a Simplicity Prestige 4x4 lawn tractor that has been nothing but trouble. The motor went bad at less than 10 hours of running time and the transmission was just replaced and the tractor has less than 50 hours on it. After the transmission was replaced I was assured the tractor would run like new. I ran the tractor up and down my lawn and the transmission started acting up again. I had ordered three small cloth dolls and it weighed less than 3 ounces. When I asked about the cost of shipping I was told that I would be charged separately. Because the dolls were very light and small, I didn't think it would be alot. But they charged $10. I called the 800 number to have the account secure removed from my account because my account is in a debt consolidation program and I have cut up my card. The person who answered, argues with me and kept saying that I did not need to get rid of it. In 5/08 I purchased 4 Discus fish from Somethingsphishy. One was supposed to be a Siam Red Master. Instead it was a yellow fish. Keith never responded to my query as to getting the wrong fish. 2 of the 4 fish died shortly after arrival. I notified Somethingsphishy with no response. I posted a negative review which was immediately removed and my account closed. I have since purchased 4 more Discus from a legitimate breeder and all are doing well. The 2 I have left from Somethingsphishy have very little color and may never get much. Please learn from my mistake and buy from a legitimate breeder.
