I received the worst customer service ever at Ikea in Fort Lauderdale. Several customers were trying to exchange unused items in a open original box, and the young lady on the return register stated to all of them, one by one, in a very rude manner, that they were used and no exchange would be done. I bought my car on 6/10/08. I drove it home and later that night I went to leave and the car wouldn't start, it sounded like it was trying to turn over and wouldn't. Before I left the dealership they said the car went through a carfax and a 181pt inspection and everything was checked out on the car. As a subcontractor we preformed work for this company and they do not pay without having to be sued. The company is Brite Lite signs in Houston, Texas. The woman owner is a liar and thief. After further questioning of ex-employees they have also confirmed other contractors that have been ripped off and lied too. We were loyal customers for years, until recently. Now we'll never order there again. When we ordered a pizza special, my wife realized they forgot the garlic bread. Being this was the first problem we've ever had, I said to give them a call and I'd go over and get it (fully expecting it ready when I arrived). I bought a new car to find out later it had been damaged by the dealership, fixed, and then sold to me as new. I am still, after 3 years, attempting to recover damages. This practice of non-disclosure is illegal in the state of Oregon. The law is narrow and limiting though so this dealership is getting away with this and will continue to use these illegal practices. The girl was trying really hard to get people on her car and drive to this remote shabby family owned hotel. She never keeps her promise, and always trys to find extra charges from you. I have been taking my car to this gas station for 5 years, rarely in the past I have been forced to get gas from other stations. Lately, since the 'gas crisis' has hit, this is the ONLY station I have taken my car to.
