R.T. Services has made a billing error in the amount of $22.69 and refuses to correct it. R.T. says I owe them for trash removal for June and July 2007. I have provided proof that they did not service my residence and that I used another provider during that time. They insist I owe them and have sent this to collections. Fortune city web hosting is the worst shit i have ever experienced. The customer service, while cordial cannot rectify any issues are constantly making billing errors and dont offer many, if any, courtesies for company screw ups or inconveniences. You can only order through emails and pay with bank wire transfer or cashier's check upon delivery. Her product bundles are very confusing. Beware of there water garden products! Aquascape's pumps are a total failure anddisaster! I have had to replace mine 6 times in 2 years. There underwater lights are not any better. They leak and short out. Some people consider their product the "Cadillac" of pond products but I say it's more like the lemon of the industry. They try to hide the problems and make you feel like it is your fault. I made a reservation for 2 nights at the Golden Sands Motel (unfortunately without having seen the place first) in the beginning of the week. Travelnow.com charged us for a cancellation that they confirmed in an e-mail which had been booked with them three hours prior. We also made a phone call to their customer care number and was told 'not to worry about it' since the booking had been made only hours beforehand. They say they have no record of the call but we have the confirmation number which they agree is their number but conclude that it will not be honored. I recently ordered Verizon Business DSL for my flower shop in Boston. The first sign of trouble was that I received a bunch of emails requiring me to confirm my order. When asking for a correction, Cindy simply blamed it on the gift giver and said she could produce another one for 20% off (plus shipping of course). My laptop developed a fault after 15 months. The wireless card went, and needed to be replaced. It seems, Hewlett Packard is made up of many different companies, none of which communicate very well with each other; and none of which will take responsibility for the bad job that they do.
