I went to Bergstroms and wanted to purchase a baby crib. I noticed one called the Gia Sorelle for $297 Special with a tag that had NEW IN BOX. In June 2008 I received information from customer service that I could reduce my monthly payment (by 40.00/mo) for a time share that we were pressured into purshasing during a vacation in February. I bought a new car to find out later it had been damaged by the dealership, fixed, and then sold to me as new. I am still, after 3 years, attempting to recover damages. This practice of non-disclosure is illegal in the state of Oregon. The law is narrow and limiting though so this dealership is getting away with this and will continue to use these illegal practices. The girl was trying really hard to get people on her car and drive to this remote shabby family owned hotel. She never keeps her promise, and always trys to find extra charges from you. I have been taking my car to this gas station for 5 years, rarely in the past I have been forced to get gas from other stations. Lately, since the 'gas crisis' has hit, this is the ONLY station I have taken my car to. I hired Ms. McGuinness to take care of a child custody matter. Before she even completed my court paperwork, she decides to take a vacation without informing me. She knew my case was on a tight deadline and after numerous calls and faxes to her office, she completely neglected my case without a back-up attorney to assist in my matter. bought all in one printer on 7/12/07. Had problems with paper jams. Last jam appears to have been cleared, opened every door, cover, etc. following hp's website directions. Called for tech support, woman told me that it is a hardware problem, and that warranty is expired.
