I purchased four LED signs for my store at a total price of just under $1000 Out of the four, two are defective. I contacted customer support by email and was given the run around. In the end they told me to return the signs to them and they will send to their warehouse. However, they wanted me to pay for the shipping and reshipping costs. Beware of this organization. I just returned from a 3 day cruise to the Bahamas on board the Norwegian Cruise Line's Sky ship. The vacation was a nightmare from the time we got on board. 1. I have applied for ICICI Dmat account. Past 5months and I am yet to receive the service. Almost every weekend I visit the icici center only to get false promises by their employees. I was looking online for Legal Aid. This company contacted me after I filled out a form detailing the nature of my legal issue. They represented that they could assist me when in fact my legal issue was a criminal matter and not in their domain. They strung me along, took $89 for a review fee, then they said it was a filing fee but they filed nothing. Then they said they had acquired documentation to verify my complaint but I actually faxed these documents to them. They did nothing for me for a week which put me in contempt of court. I took two tommy bahama items to be cleaned. Upon picking them up and getting them home, i noticed that the dye on one dress had run all over the garment. The other garment, a two piece suit, had scorch marks on it, obviously burned in the pressing. I called to discuss and they blamed it on the manufacturer, although i had had these two items dry cleaned other times with no problems. Glasses are backed by a 1 year warranty. These Chinese made 300 USD sunglasses broke. However sending them in to get repaired, results in no response, no phone calls back, long hold times on the phone without ever getting connected. My limit was 30 minutes. Do not go to stylist named Kat. She put red highlights in my hair that faded to orange in less than 24 hours. Went back and was told this was normal. I have a complain regarding the cancellation of my booking at this hotel where I failed to receive my refund of approximately RM500 credited back to my credit card. I paid this company $29, 000 to redo my kitchen. They installed the tile mural so that it slanted. They tried to correct it but were unable to. I had another tile installer redo it, at an additional cost of $700. I had purchased tire chains on a winter trip in December of 2007 in Oregon. I was told if I didn't use the chains it was no problem to return them. When I took them to the Les Schwab in San Carlos California (bay area), I was told I must have the receipt.
