I had a 48 hour hospital stay in May, 2008, due to a stroke (life threatening emergency). I went to the nearest emergency room, which also was still listed on their website a month after my admission as a member provider. It is also listed in the manuals they sent me in 2008 as a member provider. They denied the hospital bill because they say the hospital has not been a member provider since April 2003. I visited Perkins Restaurant during my travels from a family reunion. I originally saw a commercial on TV. The food looked eye appealing. We located the store in Ames. We have purchased a dryer at NE Appliances. My husband had picked it up and installed at our new home. The next day I've learnt that we were given the wrong unit, cheaper and with fewer futures. We contacted the store to make an exchange and we were told they can only do it if we, ourselves, bring the wrong unit back.
