I currently have two WAMU accounts. The first was originally a Providian account with a low interest rate. WAMU bought Providian about two years ago. After years of paying on time, my payment was two days late (my fault ) and my interest rate is now a whopping 33%!!! on a 2500.00 balance. Well, I have paid the balance off and called them to renegotiate a lower rate and they do not negotiate. I since received another WAMU offer for a 0% rate card with a lower rate and opened that. I had a charge on 07/22/2008 for $1.99 from these folks. My bank called me immediately about the fraudulent transaction and I canceled the card before any further transactions could be made. We purchased this vehicle and immediately had mechanical problems. We attempted to return the vehicle the next day due to problems but were unsuccessful. I have had ongoing problems with Peachtree. Sage won't support a two year old version of its product that doesn't run on Vista (another big complaint). We had to reload after our system crashed and now they think we have multi users. They won't help without a very substantial support fee. I bought an IFB microwave oven that stopped functioning well within warranty. IFB did not respond till the end of warranty; every time we complained, only to have a number, and to realize later that their support desk closed the ticket without even attending the problem, with a comment that the problem was resolved!! I have never seen such a fake service support for any product from any company I have so far. It is currently lying as a junk and I am currently using another one from a different company without problem. We stopped at your Burger King in Westfield Ma. The parking lot was full of trash scattered about. The foyer was super disgusting. I took my car into Savannah tire to get my brakes done. Because I am a woman, the salesman immediately saw dollar signs. I ended up paying over $700 to replace my front and rear brakes and new front rotors. I don't mind paying for quality work but this wasn't the case.
