1/18/08 ordered trips, there were hidden fees galore. Went to station 2/7/08 for refund.had to fill out form. No one at desk dealt with refunds. When returned by us mail, 2/29/08, i got gift certificates for future trips, had to mail in for refund. I called to get an estimate to have our septic tank pumped and was give a quote over the phone from preston's plumbing of $95-$120 and I then made an appointment and at that time the guy on the phone asked me no other information and just quoted me a price, but when he came to our house and pumped the tank he told us it was $330 and where he got that figure. We recieved an item for our wedding. When we wanted to exchange it, we were told by customer service to ship it back to them and they would give us credit. They made us pay for the shipping. I had a terrible experience with Axis Bank Personal loans. They said they will give the loan in 4 days and they took more than 20 days only to tell me that they want a guarantor for the loan (Rs 3 lakhs) to get sanctioned!! It was simply horrible. Bought this top of the line, $3, 000, mattress from Kingsdown and after 4 weeks started sagging in the middle. Called to complain, they send a kit that measures sagging with out load and they said the mattress is performing as designed with up to 2 inches sagging being normal after the 1st month. I am suffering badly with my music system and have complained several times since last 5 months. I was cheated by charging Rs. 2468.00 as service charges whereas the system was never repaired. The system is lying with me in the same condition as it was earlier and I fear that the service personnels have taken out the good serviceable parts from the set to repair some other set as the company does not supply the spares to them in time or they also discard the old models. I purchased a new HD 26" Insignia TV Model NS-LTDVD26 in Oct 2007 and just now had to try connecting the Cable Company's input cable to the antenna fitting on the set. The TV set will not take standard size connecting screw type fittings. I tried several antennas with standard fittings in addition to the cable company's fitting and none would fit the antenna fitting on the set. I was purchasing the product serial number for a trial version but was not aware of 2 different versions, hence got the wrong one and asked for the correct one by e-mail. I received an extremely rude reply basically telling me that I must have been stupid not to notice this before downloading. We bought a very expensive Pillow Top Mattress from Rooms To Go. We also purchased the maintenance agreement. In Oct 2005, these dentists (3 at the time) grossly overfilled a root canal on back molar and squirted Sargenti paste into my nerve channel. They concealed the overfill and use of Sargenti and left it for me to diagnose myself. Sargenti paste contains formaldehyde and when it comes in contact with nerves, it destroys them... or pickles them like they do for embalming. Sargenti has been REJECTED for approval by the FDA. I bought my son a 50CC meerkat from Raceway ATV and am not repairing the 2nd gas tank. THe first leaked around the seam in the middle of the tank and then the entire filler neck broke off. The second on the filler neck is breaking off. it spills gas all down the tank and my 6 yr. old had gas on his legs. I feel my JB weld fix is better than another 80 dollar junk tank.
