I was purchasing the product serial number for a trial version but was not aware of 2 different versions, hence got the wrong one and asked for the correct one by e-mail. I received an extremely rude reply basically telling me that I must have been stupid not to notice this before downloading. When I complained about this rude reply, the conclusion of the answer was "... and gently remind you to not let the door hit you in the a*se on your way out". We bought a very expensive Pillow Top Mattress from Rooms To Go. We also purchased the maintenance agreement. We had the bed approximately one year when we called them because there was a problem with the mattress. They sent out a supposed technician who's report was that the bed had been abused. In Oct 2005, these dentists (3 at the time) grossly overfilled a root canal on back molar and squirted Sargenti paste into my nerve channel. They concealed the overfill and use of Sargenti and left it for me to diagnose myself. Sargenti paste contains formaldehyde and when it comes in contact with nerves, it destroys them... or pickles them like they do for embalming. Sargenti has been REJECTED for approval by the FDA. The staff here is very RUDE!!! I walked in and was greeted by a very nasty clinic manager. She asked me how I was going to pay for the services because I am not a regular client. They did not do a wellness check my time with the vet was interrupted by the clinic manager who came into the room and distracted the vet. She was VERY RUDE AND NASTY. I bought my son a 50CC meerkat from Raceway ATV and am not repairing the 2nd gas tank. THe first leaked around the seam in the middle of the tank and then the entire filler neck broke off. The second on the filler neck is breaking off. it spills gas all down the tank and my 6 yr. old had gas on his legs. I feel my JB weld fix is better than another 80 dollar junk tank. A charge of $1.95 appeared on my account erroneously last month, that I shrugged off, thinking it was gum or something, that should of been an alarm, as the name "Easy Saver" did not ring a bell. Then when the charged appeared again this week for $14.95, I called my bank to get a phone number for this place, of course it was closed. I have been in the above station frequently. While the employees do not know me by name, my face is surely familiar. On Friday, March 14th at approximately 6:10 I stopped to fill my car up with gas. Unfortunately and unbeknownst to me when I tried to pay by debit card I had insufficient funds. My husband and I were never aware of any payment plans, when he went in for surgery, Care Credit sounded like a good idea at the time. We had good insurance with Guardian, and it was explained to us at the time, that whatever that did not pay for or exceeded our insurance, would be covered by Care Credit, so we called and got approved for 3500.00, now after all is said and done with, the insurance paid all but 1054.oo, and we have to pay it back at payments of 88.00 a month, that is not what we were lead to believe. This is the letter from my bank: The items for $14.95 have been coming out of your checking account for as far back as Nov 2007, they most likely go back further but my computer stops in November 07. They used to be debited automatically the merchant name is PLATINUM MEMBER with a phone 888-433-4096. Starting in January they stopped doing an automatic withdrawal and instead sent the items as checks but it is the same company it gives the same phone number and the amount is still $14.95. Its been almost a year now - My home still has no heat after my radiator exploded from a mechanical failure (pressure relief valve not working on boiler heat system). We bought a Laptop from Futureshop and after a hardsell they sold their warranty to us. The computer had a problem in 2 days. They tested it for 2 minutes and they said my yahoo has some problems and they went on to say that we should know a little about computers before we buy them. Futureshop never gives warranty they will give you 200 reasons that the warranty cannot be covered. They will blame it on something. Ordered the Ally McBeal full DVD set in November. It was advertised as "brand new and never opened". It took a month to receive and several e-mails. Two of the discs are not playable. Is there anything that can be done about Mychoice Energy scamming to lock my CCFs Rate i was having with DTE Energy. The rep that i spoke with asked for my date bill and said the CCFs rate on the bill would be locked in and would not go over that rate should the prices go up. but the rate they locked me in at is higher than DTEs rate was at that time. I was notified last Friday 3/7 that Home Depot wanted to confirm that I opened a credit card. I called to dispute that I had opened the card and learned that it was opened in TN. I live elsewhere. Where has the service gone. This DME provider (now the only durable medical equipment provider in the Phoenix area) is in serious need of investigation either internally or by the insurance companies that pay them. Equipment is extremely slow in delivery, sales persons do not return calls, and there is a general disregard of the consumer by the personnel. It appears as though the employees have no supervision (or a very poor one) as they can do what they want, when they want, and to whom they want. Well, I fell behind on my car note. This is typical of me- I have kids and an unemployed husband, and I'm in a strange city with no family close by. I always catch up though. The office did in fact see me for an emergency with an abscessed tooth prescibing an antibiotic with a followup visit to extract the tooth. The intermediate laision individual contacted me the day before the extraction, to state we need clearance from your MD due to the aspirin you take from the initial patient information sheet from last fall. I do not take aspirin now - Only for the time from a broken foot. In the meantime, I have run out of the meds - I called this laision with no return call.
