My air conditioning unit has been broken ever since Wednesday, June 22, 2011. It has been two weeks and it has not been fixed. Summer in South Carolina averages 95 degrees daily. This is inhumane. Please BEWARE of this company. Not only were the floor installations botched and butchered, they were then ruined with irremovable glue/adhesive stains everywhere by these incompetents. The tenants upstairs kept playing music at night. It can be any time between 12 am to 6 am. Lookes like they didn't sleep or on some night shift. It was loud enough to keep you awake. I told the manager so many times to warn them. Every time, the manager promised they'd talk to them. But after that, the tenants upstairs were still the same way.
