For almost a year this company has continually been charging $26.99 on my debit card without my authorization. They say they internally blocked my card number to all their companies, would reimburse me via check, etc and nothing yet. I personally went to my bank and discovered they linked my card to an old and already discontinued card that's why we couldn't identify which debit card was being used. Comcast Internet Services has the worst customer service I have EVER dealt with. It all started 3 weeks ago when a contractor doing work at my neighbors house (where the Comcast utility box is located) cut the DSL line which goes from the Comcast box to my house. This "Fusion" kayak is made for fresh water and ocean kayaking, The problem is that it has a design flaw that is especially dangerous if you take on any water. The water goes down two channels (that serve no purpose other than to kill you) that lead into the stern, immediately making the boat stern heavy. In their ad they state that the software will backup ALL files on the iPAD. Well it only backs up media files. I requested a refund and explained why the program was of no use to me. They told me that they do no refund since a trial version was available on their site. Morgage broker David Query mislead me on serveral matters regarding my refunds for a refinance of my home. This company's employs real estate agents that are unaware of current HUD laws and mislead me in to beliveing I would receive substantial refunds if I refinanced my home mortgage with his company. Had my Mother in their dementia unit, it was an awful place. She was confused and getting out of her wheelchair, staff didn't want to deal with her so they put her in her room and closed the door.
