radiator repair; over ten days to diagnose problems, repair and replace. They claimed the problem(s) was caused by a problem in the engine. They dismantled the engine and held my car hostage for 28 days. I lost faith in their ability to repair my 2007 Honda Accord. In March 2010 I encountered a serious accident with a Cuisinart Power Blender. The blender caught on fire and seriously burned and injured my left hand and wrist causing a permanent disability.
