I hav had 2 sums of money unlawfully taken from my bank account, which my bank are currently investigating as fraud. They have cancelled the bank card it was stolen from so that it will not happen again, but I absolutely need that money refunded immediately. I am lead to elieve I am entitled to take this up with a solicitor, as a only agreed a one off payment of £2 and change, not the total of over £60.00 which I have temporarily lost. I own a 2005 F-250 that has had repeated problems and Ford's only response is that we are sorry. The differentials limited slip has been a problem starting at 17K miles. The clutches are wearing out within 6K to 17K miles. Ford replaced the clutches 3 times under warranty (less than 35K miles), then the clutches failed again at 36K. Even with a history of failure, Ford would not pay a nickel to repair or replace the clutches. Approximately 5 years ago, I purchased a Troy-Bilt lawnmower, 830 series, from Lowes. It worked OK for the first couple seasons, although there were a few issues right away. The first thing was the back safety flap at the rear that kept getting stuck up under the deck. After a couple seasons the lawnmower became hard to start. Do not ever buy from this company. I ordered a ladies colibri lighter, they charged my credit card immediately, sent an order confirmation, never a shipping confirmation. I have called numerous times and left numerous messages to get no response even though it says 24 hr. response time. I have emailed multiple times and no response via email as well. I was exiting my house with my dogs this morning at 7 AM and saw one of AJC's drivers speeding down my street backwards. He came within inches of hitting one of my dogs. Once I saw that it appeared to be a scam, or at least something I didn't want any part of I called the Company and canceled the order. I recieved a check today(5/7/09) from the winners co. inc. The check has a Mrs. Winners logo in the top left-hand corner with an address from Atlanta GA beside the logo. The check is for 4, 775 dollars and the letter with the check says i, ve won 250 thousand. this check is to pay the applicable taxes of 2, 950. It claims that i will receive the balance after the taxes are paid. the letter said to not cash the check until i called. I was parked in the Zellers parking lot on 30 Sept, 10. I returned to my vehicle at 1700 hrs and noticed a Zellars cart in the side of my car!. When I arrived home I opened the package to find the pillow shams were missing. In the evening of November 3, I returned to Customer Service and asked for a discount for missing pillow shams. We have had Comcast for years and have been pleased with it except that the bill keeps going up, , , way to high. Ever since they switched everything over to Infinity I hate it. The remote drags when you try to change channels. Ir hangs up on certain channels and will not change at all. It is good for someone that is interested in sports, but I hate sports.
