I'm leaning towards the site being a scam. I followed all the instructions listed on the website and sent payment. The payment was received on 05/05/2011; as of to date (05/12/2011), I have received nothing. The site instructed that once payment is received, an email confirmation would be generated in order to confirm the submitted information. I know payment was recieved due to the tracking number being verified; however, no confirmation was ever sent. I was issued an RGA to return excess materials my contractor ordered. The RGA was dated 12/22/2010. The company verified they received my goods and would be issuing a credit shortly. However, as of 5/12/2011 I still have not heard from the company. If you are wanting a smooth transaction in a timely fashion, look elsewhere. This company runs your card transaction immediately then you wait and wait and wait for your merchandise.
