I have used Dr. Kevin Smith for 20 years and they used to be wonderful. They just do not care anymore. They killed 4 of my Doberman puppies by first exposing them to Parvo because they did not follow proper procedures and then they treated them with expired medicine. On 11/9/2008 I bought a refill for HP printer/fax. The product was HPC6658 (PN IJDC6658R). When I tried to install the cartridge, it will not insert in the slot. After comparing the configuration of the old cartridge with the ordered one, I found out that they used the cartridge for the black ink instead of the colored one. They offer a one-off payment of four dollars and ninety-five cents US and then they charge your credit card that amount plus another thirty-nine dollars which continues monthly.
