I recently had my gas meter changed by British Gas to a pay as you go meter. As I was unaware that the meter had been changed, I called a plumber, presuming that my boiler had broken. They will only record a part of your conversation so that when they play it back, it sounds as though you have agreed to a service when in reality, they state that you already have an account and owe them money. This is concerning the house on 1458 North Euclid Avenue in Indianapolis.
