I bought an Italian faucet from Sophisticated Plumbing and in 4 months it started leaking water from everywhere. I took it to Sophisticated plumbing for repair and they refused to fix it. I had to buy a new Kitchen faucet and spend in the exchange and installation of the new provisional faucet. Moved out of home and the country and they still charge me for the utility bills for a house that has new tenents in it! They told me they cant refund me the money they took out, (by mistake) unless i get a legal document saying when i moved from a real estate agent.
