Even after the Air Masters was responsive to solve the customer's problem, the complaint viewing, when customer's pull up his web site, is still showing like it continues or is unresolved. I ordered and they billed my credit card for items on February 20, 2011. Of the 6 items I ordered I got 3 within two weeks. I got one more within 4 weeks and 6 weeks later I am still waiting for the rest of my order. When I call in they tell me the next order is coming in the next day or two and they will ship imediately. They advertise rates based on 4 people on their website, then when you get there they charge you and extra $15 bucks per person over two people. After a minor accident, Ramp Auto Body 'repaired' my car and had it towed to me because they couldn't figure out why it was no longer running. This was after they had my car for 5 weeks when they had assured me it would only take two. ICBC said the work was complete and took away my courtesy car. I called Phonak to see if my Hearing Aids were still in warranty. They would not tell me that information. They said I had to go to an audiologist and they would call them.This would cost me $150.
