I was really disappointment with my visit at this location. The manager was being a total jerk, and the person making my sandwich was new so the manager was constantly asking if the person was making the sandwich right. The person that helped me didn't want to make my pastrami warmer per my request and said it was already warm. And the manager told that it's not a endless combo so he made the guy cut 1/2 of the sandwich away instead of just giving it to me. I checked my bank account on 3/29/2011 and found out that this company deducted $99.48 from my checking account which was not authorized by me. As I was reading the complaints by others on this site this company is using the same membershil number (818-255-9973) and possibly the same check number (5841415). I contacted them, knowing that they were going to hold the domain name hostage for a price, but when I asked them, they tried to trap me into paying them $7000 otherwise they would keep and abuse the domain name!!! This company is absolutely awful. They have a "return" policy which of course requires an RMA, but they won't give it to you, absent threats. Then they send your an email with the RMA, but add 100 other qualifications to your return (Ie, "we won't accept it if...")
