Absolute bunch of crooks. Took my money promising next day delivery, but took 2 weeks to deliver. By this time I had made 2 attempts to cancel the order by email because 2 weeks was too late for my girlfriend's birthday, but no reply. Eventually they sent an email saying that they would accept a return as a good will gesture, but I would have to pay to send it back and would be refunded less the outbound delivery charge + stocking fee. HORRIBLE!!! These guys are SWINDLERS!! They quoted me $70/hour for three men (one of whome was caught sleeping in the truck most of the day) for a one bedroom house local move (25 miles). my son had an appt with a neurologist which at the time had once insurance company. He had a follow up with the dr in which my coverage changed. His office called me over a month prior to his follow up appt for the new insurance info because they realized it had changed. We had the appt and he said he wanted to do an MRI which they do there. We scheduled it and got it done. All of a sudden I am being billed for the office visist and MRI. The insurance company said this dr was not in the network. It is impossible to get the information deleted. You are forced to "join" Spoke in order to delete the information, but once you have joined it is impossible to get the information deleted. March 30, 2011 I just want the people out there to know how bad service is will BELL. Theese guys are awful, a bunch of thieves and will always take advantage of you especially at your weakest momemt. I have (HAD) a pay as you go phone with BELL. I purchased the True Blue Tanning Spray and I too got a dead rotting body smell. Everything that was in the bathroom where I sprayed, towels, shower curtian, bath rug, walls had to be repainted, my clothing, my bed clothing, aprrox $500. worth of home goods had to be thrown away. Last week I purchaced 5 bags of this cat food. Checkout scanner invoiced item at $7.50 each. Shelf price clearly marked at $7.00 each. Yesterday I asked store manager for return of $2.50 plus tax to correct overcharge.
